Excellent service with home loan application
Nedbank Home Loans The buying of a house is a very demanding and frustrating process at best. If the process of finding a suitable house in our price range was not difficult enough, the application for a home loan was even worse. To say that I have died a thousand deaths in the last month is an understatement. This is why I want to compliment two of your excellent employees, Gregory Peter and Carmel Alexander. From first contact to bond AIP with an excellent interest rate, I might add, took 24 hours. This is phenomenal, to say the least. Greg was very meticulous, precise and thorough in scrutinizing our application and, unlike any other home loan consultant; he looked at it attentively without rushing through. Greg and Carmel made me feel much calmer about the situation from the onset and I knew that I could trust that we were in good hands. Both Greg and Carmel gave us regular feedback thus we always knew exactly what was going on throughout the process. Their swift service and their effort to assist when no other bank (not even the bank that my husband has been loyal to for the last 20 years) would consider a 100% home loan were noteworthy. Both of them went far beyond what anyone could expect of them, for example, calling us after hours to provide us with information. I can honestly say that they did everything in their power to meet our needs, not even mentioning dealing patiently with my anxiety and panic. These two dedicated and client-orientated people’s work ethic is of an exemplary and exceptional standard. This is the type of service that builds great working relationships. Carmel and Greg, we cannot thank you enough for everything that you have done. You will probably never really understand how much it means to us but we hope that this letter can maybe capture a little bit of our appreciation. Thank you again and we are sure that due to the service received from you, this is the start of a very positive and mutually beneficial relationship between ourselves and Nedbank. Yours Sincerely, Julien and Miquette Temlett
