Excellent Service Tongaat

Today I went into the Nedbank Tongaat branch to have my OTP number reset although I was not a client of the bank, I did have an online profile. I was assisted by Lucretia Sathram who simplified the entire process for me by actually assisting in opening the account as well as offering other benefits. I did walk into this branch before and was assisted by this same lady and she provided the same excellent service.
