EXCELLENT SERVICE RECEIVED FROM PHIONNA MAILLA!

<p>I would like to let you know how impressed I am with the service I have received from Phionna Mailla from the Woodlands Mall, Pretoria branch. I am currently a client at ABSA and app**** for vehicle finance through ABSA and FNB (I have a homeloan with FNB). None of them were able to assist me with a low rate. I then went to the Woodlands branch and Phionna assisted me. From the moment I sat down I felt like I was treated as a valued potential client and not just a number. She assisted me in a very professional and friendly manner and in the end gave me a better rate than any other bank. I am very much satisfied with her client service. I used to be a Bank Manager and really appreciate great client service. I just want to thank Phionna once again. I have now switched to Nedbank and look forward to being Phionna's long term client!</p>
