Nedbank is absolutely lucky to have a gem like Kumarie at their branch.. A real proud ambassador of Nedbank. Always kept me informed during the entire process (thereby achieving your 'keeping clients in the loop promise' ). Escalated certain processes in order to expedite my readvance as soon as possible. I was so surprised to have received a message with funds in my account as I was expecting a further few days for payment and yet again she has gone over and above her duties to exceed expectations.. I'm very happy to have dealt with Kumarie.. A very pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable Nedbank staff member who I will highly recommend to anyone who needs banking assistance..
