Excellent service received

I had a family crises and I app**** online for a personal loan through Nedbank. Within hours a consultant phoned me back and completed my application in a very professional and friendly manner. I was requested to take certain documents to the bank for verification. Seeing that I had back surgery a week ago, I phoned Marietjie at Key West branch who offered to assist me immediately if I get to the bank. What a fabulous and friendly woman. Within minutes I was out of the bank and the money was deposited into my banking account the very next day. I can only compliment the Loan application division as well as Marietjie for excellent services delivered. With service delivery that I have experienced, the bank can only go from strength to strength.
