EXCELLENT Service of the Year 2016

<p>I was at Nedbank few months ago very frustrated with the internet access that i blocked and i could not transfer the funds so I dealt with Moses Molefe and Samkelwa Jantjies Wow what a quick and efficient service I was very upset at first they both managed to calm me down and took me to the computer to resolve my problem and when i ask for additional things to ask one of the team leader to assist her name is Salome Solms incredable service out of this World in fact i wanted to change my account to another bank but now i will never ever change it for that kind of service and the reason I took this long I wanted to check consistency in service Yes off course they have been consistant in giving Excellent service however it is really sad to find out that Samkelwa Jantjies is no longer working at the Centurion Branch but I have met a new lady that was fairly new and very friendly Wow her name is Abongile Mercedes Yako in short I really appreciate the AWESOME service rendered and i am a very happy client please pass the compliment to the relevant staff because most customers like to complain but when they have to compliment it is a mission , more business is coming your way from me August gauranteed God BLESS </p>
