On 2 occasions , I had been to NEDBANK, WINDEREMERE CENTRE, and was greeted warmly, then assisted by a pleasant, friendly lady by the name of Kathy.

A few weeks later I needed further assistance and popped over and another consultant assisted me with equal cheer, a warm friendly smile and most helpful demeanour indeed..
