Excellent service N1 City NEDBANK

Background: In three weeks before today I had struggled with the Credit section at Nedbank as they had indicated that me and my wife could not afford the re-advance we requested. To those guys I say, if you had checked my account then you would have noticed that I had never been behind in payment and had in fact monthly paid more than necessary. They (the credit people) had also declined my wife's car loan as it seems that they did not realize that she was just replacing one car for another and the loan did not go up by much. She received a loan from ABSA in 2 days and you guys lost out. One, two, sorry for you.

However, this is not a complaint as Miss. Alvira October and her team leader Mr. Harrison at N1 City branch of Nedbank assisted me in resubmitting my request and always supported me when I was getting a bit stressed. The matter was resolved and I received confirmation of the approval on Friday 1/3/2019. Thank you very much once again for all your efforts on my behalf.
