Excellent Service from Tashnee

After spending over 40 minutes with 2 different consultants on a call who were unable to help me with my query had no product knowledge , did not know what they were doing and were totally clueless, I finally called in the 3rd time and was lucky enough to have a lovely lady by the name of Tashnee answering the call and she was so polite and she gave me the best service I have ever received at Nedbank. She managed to resolved my query within 4 minutes, the same query that took 2 agents over 40 minutes to even understand and they did not even resolve it.
