Excellent Service from Salome Grace Kgwele

I went to the Nedbank Branch at Centurion Lifestyle Centre on Saturday the 17th of October 2020 at 10:15 to open an account for myself and for my children. There was only one lady available due to the staggered shifts and COVID. I waited patiently and was assisted by Salome Grace Kgwele. She was efficient, friendly and professional. The bank closed at 12h00 and Grace continued to assist me until we were done at 13h20. She did not rush, or make me feel uncomfortable. She simply said that she is glad that she can help me and thanked me for being patient. I asked if they get paid any overtime for this service, and one of the other branch staff said no they do no get paid overtime. This lady was helping me past her shift time because she wanted to make sure that I had completed what I had come in to do. As I am unable to go to the branch during business hours during the week due to work commitments, this was a blessing. I want to Thank Salome Grace Ngwele for going out of her way to make sure that she finished assisting me. I have far too often had to go to a bank and been treated poorly by staff that simply do not care and that lack humanity. It is very rare to still receive genuine, good quality service from someone that really wants to assist their clients. I ask that Nedbank please look after Salome as there are far too few people out there like her. I am very happy with her service and her professional yet friendly demeanor. Thank you for giving me a little sparkle of hope in humanity that day. You are wonderful.
