Excellent service from Nedbank's Tashen Govender

I'm utterly blown away by the service I received from Nedbank's Tashen Govender. I transferred money to an elderly lady, and she was confused about the transaction. I asked Tashen to call her. Honestly, this isn't part of his job. He did so immediately ... and, in so doing, reassured her. He was both professional and caring. This is incredible service. Thank you, Tashen.
