Excellent service from Nedbank customer care.

This morning I called Nedbank regarding some of the discrepancies in my cheque account with the debit orders that went through. I was assisted by a lady called Shouneeze Brink. What a great, pleasant andf fullifilling interaction I had with her. Its been a while that I received excellent service like this especially on a week-end. Not only did she wow me but she made my day, my week, me month and the year. Thank you so much Shouneeze I hope you do this to every Nedbank client.
