Excellent service from Nedbank

<p>I filled in a "Call me back" query regarding a personal loan on Saturday, on the Monday i recieved a call regarding the matter and answered a few questions on the phone. A kind lady later phoned me back and we set up a meeting for Tuesday morning outside of her business hours at my convenience to fill in paperwork. I called the branch later that day to find out why they havnt confirmed my employment, i spoke to the branch manager and he explained why, putting my mind at ease. Within a few hours he called me back and informed me of exactly what was happening and that my application was approved.
