Excellent Service for Homeloans Consultant

I recently app**** for a Homeloan on Nedbank's website, First of all, it was user friendly, and very easy to do. Next morning, I received my bond approval in principal .Very impressed of how quick I got results, The a couple of days later I received a offer from another bank, with a better interest rate. I went back to Nedbank, at their call centre there were a very energetic person called Hershel Joyce who took the call, He tried his utmost BEST to get my interest rate reduced but couldn't. Although Nedbank wasn't willing to drop the rate, I was still very impressed with this consultants willingness and helpfulness to try and get this reduced!<br> <br> Thank you Hershel, you do Nedbank proud!!
