Excellent service

I was at Nedbank Umtata plaza branch regarding my investment account, I was furious with my bank because I couldn't withdraw my money. The lady named Vuyiswa Hintsa she did amazing job, she exceeded my expectations she was patient, professional, friendly and most of all very supportive. I was frustrated, irritated and on the rush but she calm me down and I have my money today the call center couldn't do anything to help me. Thank you Vuyiswa.
