Excellent service

My name is Phumzile Mtsweni writing on behalf of my mother Elizabeth Mtsweni

In November 2019 Elizabeth came to a Nedbank branch in Kempton park(Festival mall) for some reason she could not withdraw her monies, her card was faulty, she then was assisted by a lady by the name of Ntombi, she took Elizabeth's details and promised to give her feedback in few days because she needed help from head office, then after few days Ntombi called Elizabeth and gave her feedback that everything was sorted, Elizabeth was so happy and grateful.

We as the Mtsweni family would like to thank Ntombi for all her hard work, patience and going an extra mile. We really appreciate it.
