Just got assisted via the chat option on the online banking. Got superb service from Nokuthula Ndlovu and Lorna Govender. The chat ended while Nokuthula was still checking something for me, and she called to follow up. Thank you ladies, it's always a pleasure dealing with such efficient staff.
