Hi,<br> <br> I would like to thank Elizabeth from Nedbank Durban North for assisting me in resolving a recent insurance claim that involved liaising with Momentum insurance and the Nedbank Home Loans Department. Although there was poor feedback provided by the insurance company Elizabeth went the extra mile to assist efficiently in providing the necessary information when required. <br> <br> Nedbank should be proud to have her as an employee as she is able to prioritize client needs and ensures great service delivery each time I visited the branch or when called.
