EXCELLENT SERVICE BY TSHEPANG MEKO

We were provided excellent customer service by Tshepang Meko at Nedbank East Rand Mall. She was wonderful and she knows her craft. She availed herself and was friendly and professional. We came there not fully prepared/informed because we had not been advised of what were needed to bring along when we first went to inquire about the account at East Gate branch.

We came on a Friday not knowing that we were supposed to come from Monday to Thursday for Club Accounts. We did not bring the minutes of the meeting, and we came with a pensioner who came all the way from KZN to have his name removed from the Club Committee. She gave us an ear and she was helpful and guided us on what we needed to do. She verified the Member that was going out (resigning from the committee) because he had to return back to KZN so that when we come back with documents we can she can help us as she had seen the old man and verified it was really him. Her friendly and professional services did not go unnoticed, we appreciate all the help and dedication the put in to help us.
