Excellent service at Nedbank

<p>After I complained to the complaints centre, a lady with the name Bianca Thompson assisted me and with 24 hours she solved the issue. I must say I'm extremely happy with how quickly she resolved it. This was the first time I ever had a complaint about Nedbank and she solved it, without referring you to a 100 other people. </p> <p> </p> <p>Well done!</p>
