Excellent Service at closing time of the branch

I went to standard bank to open a new account, just to be shoved around from pillar to post and not being helped by the branch manager or the consultants, wasted the whole day at standard bank, walked into Nedbank at 15:50 and was assisted by Thabile Twala with an amazing smile and zest to assist me just before closing time. She opened the savvy plus account for me, cellphone and internet banking with no hassle at all! Thank you Thabile....Nedbank must really look after people like you that make a difference!
