Excellent service and follow up !!

Excellent Service ! I contacted nedbank on there Facebook page as I am not living in South Africa. Simon from the social platform assisted me, it was difficult as he had to contact me on a foreign number and connect me to the right persons, first couple of times was not successful, however Simon did not just leave it there! He took ownership of my problem and made sure I got to the correct person. I then got to Ashnee chetty that took action right away! Great service from these guys !
