Well done to Sifiso Mbele for assisting me as I was struggling to access my Nedbank App. He knows how to communicate with customers and be able to get to the root cause. If was not him I was about to closed the account as I was struggling to access the App. I think it will be best for Nedbank to utilize him to train or transfer the required skill to other colleagues. By so doing it will give customers comfort and confidence that our money is save at Nedbank.
