Excellent Service from the Client Experience Team! After initially sending through an escalation regarding my Nedbank Homeloan, my issue was handled with compassion and great professionalism. Needless to say, the issue was promptly resolved. Special thanks to Lebo Japhta who dealt with my escalation with compassion and professionalism and my banker, Juliet Mila, whose service is par excellence!

Because of this great service, i am now going to move all my products to Nedbank as they will be in good hands! I would recommend this Bank to anyone who is not prepared to settle for less!
