Excellent Service

I went to Nedbank – Lakeside Mall branch today to verify a Debi Check as my card has not arrived yet. When I got inside I was met by very pleasant staff whom directed me to the correct department.

The teller (Lebo Matlala) was very professional and assisted me with all of my queries. The level of service she provided shows that she definitely deserves to be much higher up in Nedbank’s structure and is a great asset for the bank.
