EXCELLENT SERVICE

I want to take the opportunity to thank Nedbank and especially Gerrit Nolte for the excellent service I received with the application of the home loan.

Since Gerrit contacted me the first time, I felt at ease and knew that my application was in good hands.

He explained the whole process to me – talked me through the application papers to ensure that I understood everything and assisted me with all my queries.

I was always kept in the loop with where the application is and if something was incorrect he immediately contacted me to request changes to accommodate me and to get the application through. Gerrit was never irritated with me, no matter how many times I phoned him. Whenever he gave timeframes to me he always kept it so I never had to stress about not receiving feedback from him.

I received calls from him even before I received a mail with the relevant correspondence, for which I was very thankful.

I felt like I could jump through the roof of happiness when Gerrit contacted me to inform me that the application was successful.

Gerrit even went further than the extra mile and assisted me to obtain a further amount on the accepted amount to cover the transfer and registration costs.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Gerrit and I wish him all the best in the future and hope that he will be considered for promotions.
