Excellent Service

I had been struggling to obtain an ovedraft on mine and my husbands name. Yusuf had been very Loyal to Nedbank as well as us as clients. He had given me necessary feedback and had through the channels made sure that i was assisted. He had done what the Centurion Branch in PTA were very incapable of doing. He had actually done their jobs for them. People like Yusuf should be in higher positions as he went beyond his means to ensure customer satisfaction.
