Excellent service.

Hi there On the 10th of November 2023 I went to Nedbank @N1 City Mall. I was helped Xolisa and she went the extra mile to make sure I understood the benifits of this Goal savings account. She helped me whose very techy challenged to download the Nedbank app set up my password etc. And took my pics for the application etc. I was very impressed as she was patient and answered all my questions. She even gave me her card and watts app number if I had any queries or needed help in the future with my account. She deserves a raise for her excellence in service.
