I just had the privilege to speak to Sibusile at Nedbank. She assisted me in an exceptionally professional and friendly manner. She is the first call center agent that I have dealt with that actually waited on the phone until I received what I needed. She has a fantastic manner on the phone and it was just a breath of fresh air dealing with someone who is competent and goes out of their way to do their job well.
