Excellent Management skills/ customer service

I would like to compliment Nedbank Bela Bela branch manager Kadisha Phala for showing great management skills after one of her subordinate was rude, disrespectful. The disrespectful lady said I couldn't be assisted and that I cannot make a call to the Nedbank Call center inside the branch. I was impressed by Kadisha's fairness in listening to both parties in a calm, relaxed and respectful manner. I was able to be assisted by both Kadisha and Nondumiso from the call center. I left the branch as a happy client and I thank you Kadisha for the assistance and stepping up to the nonsense
