I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Londi Khumalo at the Nedbank Client Care Center. She was very kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She followed up on her promises, and kept her word. It was a very refreshing change from the people I had dealt with previously, regarding the same matter. Thank you Londi. Keep up the great work
