Excellent Customer Service recieved from Sipo Mbuyazwa
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sipo Mbuyazwa for the excellent service she has provided me with.
She was very helpful ,informative ,polite and patient with me when assisting with my Loan application.
She went the extra mile for me and I really appreciate it.
We need people like her in every bank and working with her was a breeze.
I would like to say thank you Sipo and keep up the good work.
