Excellent customer service at Nedbank

I would like to complement Nedbank Savannah Mall for the excellent service I received through one of their staff Ntwanano. I had disputed a charge on my children's account and eventually the matter was resolved. I specifically want to commend Nedbank for having employees with excellent banking expertise and excellent customer service and good customer relations like Ntwanano. I was very angry but the employee remained calm and professional; I was so moved by the way the employee dealt with the query especially the part where she promised to get back to me. I appreciate the fact that at Nedbank I was given feedback when the query was referred and also when the query was resolved; I didn't have to phone the bank time and again. I'm happy that I didn't have to experience anxiety banking, well done Nedbank Savannah Mall!
