Excellent customer service

My Name is Goodwill, on 30 October 2020, I visited Nedbank Northgate branch for some face to face services.

I was amazed with hospitality I received from Yonela Mbelu, one of the staff members at that branch.

Even though one of customers before me was very rude to him because of queuing outside due to social distancing, that didn’t discourage this gentlemen from serving next customer with a smile and to his best ability.

Keep up being professional and with your excellent attitude towards all your customers Yonela.
