Excellent customer service

<p>i walked in at Nedbank Sunninghill branch and was assisted by MOdiehi who is forever smilling, she then said my querry i need to liaise with the Nedbank CCC, She called and i spoke to Bongumusa Cele. talk about excellent customer service i could tell She would ask me a question with a smile, She made my query very easy and even went as far as checking months back as i wanted to reverse transactions, She explained how the process works etc. like i am speechless, i want to thank both Modiehi (Nedbank Sunninghill) and Bongumusa Cele (Nedbank CCC). i am a proud customer at Nedbank, please keep up the good work.</p>
