Received top notch service from Phumelele Nxumalo (***4) on Easter Friday with resolving account issues of my Mother-in-Law and cancelling all internet banking profiles to ensure account is not comprimised. She verified account details with the main account holder (Mother-in-law) and then was willing to listen to my explanation of the issue and verified instructions with Mother-in-law in between as she is old to understand certain banking terms. She went well above her call of duties and professionally executed her duties.
