excellent customer service

I would like to Sincerely Thank Mr Devan Naidoo for going the extra mile. On Tuesday 16th June Mr Devan walked into my office whilst i was on the phone fighting with the Merchants help desk for the lack of service and Shoddy treatment. Mr Naidoo overheard and asked to speak to the technician. He was truly a Godsend because he said i can fix your problem right away although I dont have any card machines with me now. He then got into his car although he was off duty and my company was not part of the area that his respobsible for, went to fetch a new machine came back and replaced my Damaged card machine with a new one. This all happened in a very short space of time with a great eagerness to make me the customer happy. Mr Naidoo really saved the day as my card machine was out of order since Friday the 11th Dec. This is a true indication that there are a few people who take their Jobs seriously and will go the extra mile to ensure great customer satisfaction. Devan you are definitely a dedicated staff member who is a great example to the rest of your colleagues. Much appreciated for the excellent customer service. Thank you Sincerely
