Dear Newton Park Branch (Port Elizabeth)

My grandmother's bank card got damaged. She is almost 90 and unable to walk.

We phoned Nedbank in Newton Park and they advised me to come in on behalf of my grandmother. When I got there today, all the power of attorney paperwork was drawn up already and I could get the bank card on behalf of my grandmother. They even went to the car for my grandmother to sign all the paperwork.

I hope I have the names right, but a huge thank you to Venae and Shana Francis for the outstanding customer service. They are truly an asset to that branch.
