Excellent Customer service
I had a problem cashing my cheque because the teller said it has excided its time,thats when I layed a complained and this lady called me and apologied for the misunderstanding and said I must come in the following day,foresure my issue was sorted with a smile and she got the teller to apologise too,We really need people like her in this type of businesses.Keep up the Good work Gloria its very much appreciated
