Excellent customer service

Nedbank had a delay in processing my transaction. I would like to thank Sameera Tarin who contacted me this morning and explained about the delay. She also assisted me with my transaction and told me about the turnaround time. She was very knowledgeable, efficient and even went the extra mile by taking my colleague's details to assist her later.
