Besides the ongoing nightmare it has been dealing with Nedbank, it made all the difference coming across a certain individual that actually knew what they were talking about and was willing to assist.

I don't understand how Branch Managers, Like Jennifer at Karaglen Kempton Park, are so useless and confused about how their companies procedures. You would hope someone on a Management level is somewhat efficient, however not. If Emma Zono could be the branch manager at that branch it would change that place around!

It's good to know Nedbank, whether Nedbank is putting in the effort to train an develop or if they have staff that value their careers, still has hope in being a pleasant bank to deal with. You just need to know which branches an whom to deal with.
