Excellent Client Service!!!

I would just like to compliment Samantha Naidoo from Nedbank who handled my switch from Standard bank to Nedbank account. She has gone beyond the extra mile to assist me and to ensure that I get my card delivered on time. She constantly kept me updated throughout each step in the process and even when Nedbank had the wrong contact number on their system, she made special arrangements so I can collect my card from the security box at Menlyn, phoning me with a pin when I arrived there on Friday afternoon. She is amazing!!! Her technical and product knowledge is also outstanding and you can ask her anything - she will explain it in simple terms. I can't remember when last I experienced such service excellence!!! I am looking forward to my journey with Nedbank :))
