Excellent client service

This is long overdue. I would like to show appreciation for an employee of Nedbank client service for his excellent client care. There was ********** activities on my grandmother's bank account that left her traumatized. We all are told how we should protect our pin and cards but ********** always find a way. When I spoke to Kamal as frantic as I was he remained calm and collected and he went out of his way to assistant my grandmother. Whenever I spoke to him whether via email or telephone he remained the same, he was kind. He is a true reflection of ubuntu and Nedbank should be proud to have him as one of their employees. He is an asset. At the end of it all my grandmother was reimbursed and Kamal also gave us valuable tips on how we can protect our grandmother going forward. Thank you so much.
