Excellent (after hours) service

We would like to commend Lindo, a young banker at Nedbank, Vaal Mall, who assisted my wife and I to sort out a technical glitch that made it impossible to open a Electronic Optimum Plus account. Lindo did not mind staying on nearly an hour after the bank closed to make sure that the problem is completely sorted out. We are very appreciative of his excellent service!
