Exceeding Expactations

I would like to compliment Ms. Julia Mabilu for an excellent work done in turning around what could have delayed us moving into our brand new house and ruining our long planned function.

Our bond was initially approved as a building bond whereas it was supposed to be a turnkey bond.

We only realised this very late when bond attorneys kept on asking for mandatory documents for a building bond iso turnkey bond.

Ms. Julia Mabilu excellently performed magic last week Wednesday and managed to assist converting it into a turnkey bond within a day and the day after she ensured that the bond attorneys uploaded all the relevant documents and furthermore assisted in ensuring that validation of documents happened and carried on to ensure that the bond attorneys received proceed for lodgement at deeds last week Friday. I have trail of emails to evidence this royal service.

I am writting this message in our brands new house having moved in yesterday.
