Evil
The most inconsiderate bank. I owe Nedbank on my current account. I had made arrangements to pay a monthly fee of R350 monthly unfortunately with the way things are financially around the world. I failed on payments and would sometimes pay R100. I get paid today. Made a few transactions. Then tried logging in again and my account has a zero balance. Contact call center spoke to Siyamthanda (sorry if I have misspell) he advises me that they took the R2000 that I was owing on my current account and put a hold on the other money in my account and put me through to Legal. After holding on for almost 20 minutes, I dropped the call, called again and spoke to Busisiwe from Legal. She advised me to go to the bank.
Now my thing is why not communicate or take was owed on my current account. How do you take the additional money and then deny me access to it. I have a sick child who I was waiting to get paid for her to see a doctor. I have no food in the house. I have no transport money. What should I do between now and tomorrow, how do I get to the bank? Will the consultant assist me or give me the round around as they did previously. Should my child get worse, her death will be on you. I have been a Nedbank client for many years and circumstances beyond my control made it almost impossible to honor my repayments but this is totally uncalled for
