Everytime is a new story

My father died and he left me money with nedbank group fund. Since last year july i have being trading to claim it . i used a company called ITS , they sent my documents to nedbank that we required from me. that agency told me that nedbank were happy with all documents received . Then the story started last year November when they had to pay . They told i must open a nedbank account because their system is unable to money into any other bank . <br> <br> Early this year i opened the nedbank account , i sent them banking details , remember the only thing that was left was banking details . when i phone to check if they received them , they are telling they need a copy of my id book because the one i have sent is not clear .<br> <br> i did sent id copy and i phoned them again to confirm if they have received it , now they are telling they need an affidavit because my id book is different with birth certificate. i told them my mother got married that's why i have birth certificate with new surname that i have sent to them. since i have sent affidavit , they are quiet now i m even scared to phone because i know their going to need new document. i dont expect this treatment from a bank.
