Every single time you need assistance you have to come through Hellopeter

As usual, every single time I require something from this *********** bank nothing happens until I make a complaint on hellopeter.

Take an hour of my day to go to the bank, get referred to email my matter to the relevant department. 4 follow up emails to Thenjekwayo, N. (Nombuso) ********** and still no response!!!

Now when I am indeed of my funds I have to struggle because of the useless individuals you put in these positions!!!!!
