I am currently overseas and needed to access funds in my nedbank account which I use as a secondary account for savings. I unfortunately forgot the pin to my app and couldn't access the funds. It was a tedious 2 days of going back and forth with numerous consultants via live chat and SOS email address to no avail. They expected me to sign forms and have them certified in my country of residence before they could assist me to reset the pin to the app (which is 25Eur a page to certify). I was frustrated and really annoyed because all I wanted was a reset link to be sent to my email so I can verify via my email as it was initially being sent to my South African number which I have no access to. Somehow, HUSSAIN NABIE was the only one out of several exhausting and tedious consultants that could assist me with an alternate way which worked. HUSSAIN NABIE, if South Africa had more diligent staff like you i probably wouldn't be residing in Europe right now. Thank you so much for your efficiency!
