Estates Late Dept

An estate late account was opened by an agent employed by the executor for my late inlaws estate. The agent has since passed on as well and I approached Terri-ann Wilks at the Plumstead, Cape Town branch so that the executor, my husband, can gain access to the account so that debtors can be paid and the estate settled. It has been almost 2 months since all documents requested by your estate late dept was handed in and we were told that they need to contact the masters office for verification. We even supp**** them with the details of the person at the Masters office dealing with that estate. We are now receiving accounts from hospitals requesting payment for the deceased accounts. I have gone into the branch again and explained all of this to them, I was told that "their hands are tied and they are unable to escalate the matter". It seems complaining on a public forum is the only way to get anybody at Nedbank to do anything.
